2024 Poland Through the Ages

REENACTOR REGISTRATION

ALL participants of the 2024 Poland Through the Ages event MUST register by filling out and submitting this form. The information you supply on this form will be used to plan out the camp area, to make sure we have enough facilities to accommodate everyone and to keep you informed of any important information prior to the event. We also need this for insurance & legal stuff. So please fill this out as soon as possible and make sure members of your group also submit this form. (THANK YOU!).

Additional Information:

1. REGISTRATION FEE: There will be a $10 Registration Fee imposed on all participants. This year we are required to pay a rental fee for use of the property. In addition, there are other expenses involved in running this event and we need help to cover those expenses. We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter. Payment can be made when you check in.
2. INSURANCE:  Each group is required to supply a COI before arrival. Please send us a copy by May 20th.
3. ARRIVAL: Upon arrival, please check-in at the Registration Table which will be located near the stage and food area. Look for the small RED tent/canopy.  We will be sending out directions and a map to everyone before the event.
4. MEAL PLAN: In an effort to minimize the number of open campfires being used for cooking, we are offering a meal plan. The meal plan will include Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on Saturday & on Sunday. The cost per person will be $20 for the weekend. This meal plan is for those participating on the Polish side.  It will be available in the Picnic Area near the stage. Payment can be made when you check in, however we do ask that you mark on the registration form if you will take part in the meal plan or not. The Swedish side (Twisted Knot) is also offering a meal plan for those participating in their group and will be served in their camp area.. You will pay them directly $40.
