Vendor, Crafter & Sutler Registration 2024

If you are interested in being a Vendor, Crafter or Sutler at this year’s Poland Through the Ages: A Living History Faire, please fill out the form below and submit it as soon as possible.

Once we receive your form, we will review and send you a link to make payment. Registrations will only be confirmed once payment has been made. 

REGISTRATION FEE:
1 day – $35 per space. 
2 days – $60 per space.

NOTES:

• Due to the terrain, spaces vary in size. Minimum space is 10’x10′. Please indicate on the registration form how much space you need, and we will locate you accordingly. Please provide as much info as possible when submitting your application.
• There is no electricity available. Please let us know if you are bringing a generator.
• Please bring your own tent, table(s) and chair(s)
• Setup will be on Saturday & Sunday from 8:00am to 11:00am. Most locations are not accessible by vehicle, however we will get you as close as possible to your spot. Please bring your own cart to move your items.
• There is no overnight security on the property. Polish Living History and Stout Christmas Trees are not responsible for any merchandise and/or property left unattended overnight.

INTERACTIVE PARTICIPATION

To make this event more interesting and fun for the kids, we will be having a Royal Scavenger Hunt. Children will receive a list of stations to visit. At the station they will either have to ask a specific question or watch a demonstration.
